All you need is to come dressed in comfortable clothing. In-studio? Feel free to borrow props including yoga mats. For live-streaming, consider having blankets, a block, and a belt handy.

New to Yoga? No Problem!
Beginners looking for a slow pace are welcomed to join Foundations on Sundays at 10:00 am or Wednesdays at 6:00 pm. Prefer a private session to start? We offer those too! Feel free to call 401-461-6665 for guidance on picking classes.

Injury or Condition Concerns?
Consult your physician, and check in with your teacher before class. Live-streaming? Message your teacher in the chat or email concerns to the studio. Our teachers are adept at assisting with any limitations.

Out of Shape? Can I Still Do Yoga?
Absolutely! Modify poses and use props. Over time, you'll build strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility.

Drop-ins are welcome. Secure your spot by booking your first class on our schedule page for convenience.

How Often Should I Practice?
Once you have taken a few weeks of classes, aim for 2-3 times a week. Attend class to learn, then gradually practice more and more on your own.
