Not sure where to begin? Here’s how most students get started:
Foundations – Perfect if you’re brand-new or want to reconnect with the basics.
Foundations 55+ – A slower pace with plenty of support for your body.
Intermediate – For students with some experience ready to deepen practice.
Advanced - For experienced students ready to deepen their practice with longer holds, more complex poses, and refined alignment.
Restorative – Stress relief, stillness, and nourishment for your nervous system.

Step 3: Show Up Just As You Are
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
We provide all props (mats, blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters).
Arrive a few minutes early so we can get you settled.
Let your teacher know about any injuries or concerns.

After your intro, if you enjoy our classes, we’ll help you find the membership or class pack that fits your schedule, budget, and goals. No pressure—just guidance and support as you build a sustainable, long-term practice.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does my 3-week pass begin?
Your pass activates on the date of your first class.
How many classes can I take?
As many as you'd like within the 3-week window. Most students aim for 2–3 times per week to start building a rhythm.
What happens after the 3 weeks?
You can choose to continue with a membership or class pack—no automatic rollover. We'll share your options toward the end of your pass so you can decide what fits best.
Do I need to book the same class each week?
No. You're welcome to try any class that suits your schedule. Foundations classes are a great place to start, but you can explore our intermediate, restorative, and more.
Is this for beginners?
Yes. Many of our students start with no yoga experience at all. Our teachers are skilled at meeting you where you are and helping you learn the ropes—literally and figuratively.
Are livestream classes included?
Yes. You can join in person or online.
What should I bring? Just comfortable clothes you can move in. We provide all mats, props, and equipment.
What if I have injuries or physical limitations? Please let us know! Our instructors are experts at adapting poses and using props to accommodate any physical needs.
Is there parking? Yes! We have free parking shared with Ogie's Restaurant. No hunting for street spots.
