Our Yoga Classes

Choose from a variety of class levels, ranging from Foundations/Beginners to three levels of Intermediate classes. You'll practice alongside students at a similar stage, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment that enhances your experience.

In addition to our regular classes, we offer two weekly special topics classes:

  • Restoratives: Focus on relaxation and deep rejuvenation.

  • Pranayama: Learn breathing techniques to boost energy and mental clarity.
