Lindsay came to yoga in 2004 as a way to relax and move her body in a safe environment, and she stayed for the personal growth. A teacher in training studying with Kathleen Swanson, Lindsay has been dedicated to the practice of Iyengar yoga since 2008. Lindsay’s practice is rooted in the balance of three principles: discipline, compassion, and truth. In her classes, Lindsay encourages students to discover joy and acceptance through challenging themselves in asana.
