CANCELLATION/ATTENDANCE POLICY FOR GROUP CLASSES:

All booking changes and cancellations should be made via our website or the MINDBODY App. You can also cancel your reservation by emailing iyengaryogasource@gmail.com or calling the studio at 401-461-6665.

Purchases for classes are not refundable or transferable. These include but are not limited to: Drop In’s, Class Passes, and Memberships. There are no cancellation fees or payment forfeits for class cancellations or no shows. We will simply early cancel and return that class to your pass.

If you do not pre-register for a class and it is full when you arrive, we will put you on the waitlist and if there are any no-shows we will welcome you in.

If you pre-register for a class and are not there by the start of class, we may give your spot to a walk-in student and refund the class to your pass. (At this time, all of our classes should have at least a couple of open spaces.)

If you pre-register and are unable to attend, we appreciate 24 hours notice. Thank you!!

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS:
Private sessions cancelled more than 24 hours prior to session will receive an account credit for future use. Cancellations within 24 hours of session will receive a 50% refund in the form of an account credit or to credit card used to book the class.

CHECK-IN:

If you need to share concerns or questions with your teacher please feel free to connect with them prior to class. If you are taking a livestream class, please communicate privately with your teacher in the chat or email iyengaryogasource.com if you want to reach out to your teacher.

FACILITIES:

We are located on the 2nd floor of a mill building. We have all the props you will need if any modifications are required. If possible please bring your own yoga mat - you are also welcome to bring your own yoga props if you are more comfortable with that. We are very sorry that, currently, we do not have access to an elevator so please consider this if stairs are a problem for you.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If you have medical concerns, please check with your doctor first to be sure that yoga is appropriate for you. If you are released to participate and are recovering from illness or injury, please reach out to your teacher prior to class or email any concerns to iyengaryogasource@gmail.com.
