Beginners
Start your yoga journey with us, where we debunk the myth that yoga is only for the flexible or those with a specific body type. The majority of our students start as beginners, many with stiff bodies and  physical limitations. To ensure everyone feels at ease, we've crafted a special beginners' class where you'll learn accessible postures suitable for folks who have never done yoga or are looking to restart practice after a break.
Saturdays, 12:00 - 1:00pm

Foundations
Our Foundations class is a welcoming space for beginners. Whether you're new or returning, experience a systematic introduction to the Iyengar method. Focus on fundamental actions, learn proper alignment to avoid joint strain, and establish a solid groundwork for your practice. It's the ideal starting point or a refreshing restart to reignite your passion for yoga. Our drop-in friendly classes welcome everyone. Come join us!
Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:15 pm, Thursdays 10:00-11:00am and Sundays, 10:00 - 11:15am

Intermediate 1
For those with yoga experience or beginners seeking a challenge, Intermediate 1 classes are dynamic with diverse postures across all categories including standing, forward extensions, back extensions, beginning inversions and restoratives and pranayama . The supportive environment fosters continuous growth, introducing principles of yoga philosophy to deepen your practice.
Mondays 6:00 - 7:30pm, Wednesdays from 10:00 - 11:30am, Thursdays from 11:00am - 12:30pm (LIVESTREAM ONLY) and Saturdays from 10:00 - 11:30am

Intermediate 1&2
Discover the perfect balance of challenge and accessibility in our Intermediate 1&2 class. Whether you're curious to experience a level 2 class or seeking a multi-level experience, explore deeper twists, forward bends, and inversions, including the art of arm balances.
Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:45pm

Intermediate 2
Elevate your practice in Intermediate 2 after learning the basics in Intermediate 1. Delve into deeper twisting with binds, experience longer holds in forward extensions, exhilarating upward-facing back extensions, and engage in strength-building arm balances and inversion variations. Simultaneously deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy through practical application in asana.

Intermediate 3
Experienced Iyengar Yoga students and yoga teachers are invited to explore intermediate/advanced asanas across all categories in Intermediate 3. Enhance stamina for extended posture holds, embrace a new set of poses beyond level 2, and practice alongside others dedicated to the life-changing practical application of yoga philosophy within the realm of asana. Home practice is expected.
Saturdays from 8:00 - 9:45am


Weekly Special Topics:

Semi-Private Healing Classes ($30 drop in, maximum of 5 students)
Tailored for individuals not quite ready for a group yoga class or managing a condition or injury, these sessions offer personalized sequences, integrating yoga into your unique path toward healing. Learn more about the personalized support available. Learn more here.

Pranayama
Prana means energy or life force, and pranayama channels this energy within the body. In a typical class, we begin in supported Savasana for deep relaxation and progress to reclining and seated pranayamas. All levels are welcome, and the class is structured to be accessible for those new to pranayama. Yoga experience recommended.
Mondays from 8:00 - 9:00 am

Gentle Yoga (Livestream only)
Experience a classical Iyengar class conducted at a slower pace, with additional pose stages and ample propping available. Perfect for seniors, those with stiffer bodies, or anyone desiring a gentle, methodical practice that promotes mindfulness and precise alignment.

Seniors 60+
Discover the benefits of our senior-focused yoga class, where carefully curated poses are tailored for age considerations and accommodate conditions like stiffness, arthritis, and osteoporosis. Led by experienced instructors, our methodical approach creates a welcoming community, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, promoting flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Join us on this rejuvenating journey!

Restoratives/Yoga for Sleep
Indulge in a weekly restorative class or a relaxing drop-in. This class utilizes various props to support the body, refresh the nerves, and calm the mind, promoting better sleep and overall relaxation. Props needed for livestreaming: a yoga mat, several blankets, bolster/pillows, block, belt/strap, and a chair.
